WITHAM IN BLOOM CONSERVATION GROUP
Witham in Bloom is an entirely voluntary organisation which has been in existence in its present form since 2000.
It is dedicated to improving the town as a place to live work and visit. Although it is now entirely autonomous from Witham Town Council it still receives a generous support from them together with many businesses in the area.
During the summer and winter months floral displays are provided throughout the town and it encourages the traders and residents to play their part to make the town look colourful throughout the year. It also plays its part in the conservation area by planting new trees and hedges in the Closed Churchyard and through its litter picks.
The Witham Chamber of Commerce plays a vital role in our success and sponsors the Best Large Town Premises Award and many of its members also sponsor our floral displays and competitions and is indebted to the support given to the Group.
