Witham Chamber requires a Secretary - 8/10/2007 Witham and District Chamber of Commerce require a new part time secretary to take minutes at their committee meetings and to arrange the lunches and meet and greet people as they arrive.  There is one committee meeting and one lunch meeting per month.  You would need to be available to start in November. Computer literacy is essential, you will need Word for the Agendas and minutes and Excel for the membership list.  Experience of minute taking is desirable although not essential.  Approx 6 -10 hours a month.
